Galing sa Gawa PART 2 : Maaga Ka Nga Ba o Sakto Lang sa Excuse?

Let’s face it—being constantly late is a red flag in any workplace, no matter how good you are. Kahit pa mahusay kang magtrabaho, if you keep others waiting or rushing because of you, that becomes your brand. Time is one of the easiest ways to show respect for your work, team, and company. And the good news? Being on time costs nothing, but pays off in trust.

  1. “On time” is the new bare minimum.

When someone says “traffic po kasi,” the truth is… we all dealt with the same traffic—you just left later. Punctuality is no longer about looking good; it’s about being reliable. At SFI, being on time means you're not just prepared—you're already earning trust before saying anything. Clients notice. And so do your teammates who didn’t have to cover for you.

  1. Start strong, but finish stronger.

It’s easy to impress during your first week. But real professionalism shows when you deliver without being chased, even during low-energy days or tight deadlines. Consistency tells your team, “You can count on me,” that’s worth more than any one-time performance. The ones who finish strong are the ones who get remembered, promoted, and referred. In SFI, we prefer steady effort over sudden brilliance.

  1. Discipline doesn’t shout—but it works.

Discipline is what gets you up when motivation doesn’t. It’s why your reports are ready, your shift starts smoothly, and your area is clean before anyone checks—no drama, no fanfare—just quiet commitment to doing things right. The disciplined ones may not always be the loudest, but they’re always the most trusted. Here at SFI, trust leads to better opportunities.

Ikaw ba 'yung laging maaga at maaasahan?

Kung oo, we want you on our team. At SFI, we recognize people who value time and follow through—even when no one’s watching. Send your resume to marketing@serviciofilipino.com. Or apply through www.talentsource.asia.
