TalentMap 2.0
24/7 Virtual Recruitment Powered by Artificial Intelligence
From 2016 to 2020, SFI Group, in collaboration with HireLabs and the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), implemented the Philippine TalentMap Initiative (PTMI). This comprehensive assessment focused on evaluating the 21st-century skills of over 100,000 individuals across all 17 regions, 81 provinces, and 145 cities in the Philippines. The initiative aimed to bridge the gap between the skills taught in educational institutions and the needs of the industry, providing data-driven insights into workforce development.
With the launch of TalentMap 2.0, we are now equipped to compare the competencies of our workforce using the baseline results from our pioneering research, TalentMap 1.0, under the Philippine TalentMap Initiative (PTMI). This advancement allows us to track progress, identify skills gaps, and ensure that our workforce remains competitive in today’s global economy. TalentMap 2.0 builds on the insights gathered from over 100,000 individuals assessed nationwide, offering deeper analytics and more precise benchmarks. By leveraging these comparisons, we can implement more targeted interventions and continually enhance the capabilities of our workforce to meet evolving industry demands.
We are continuously enhancing our offerings and expanding our technological capabilities to provide the best possible solutions. Our expert team is driven by a passion for innovation, consistently developing cutting-edge technologies to stay ahead in the market. We are now integrating Artificial Intelligence and Smart Process Automation into our sourcing and recruitment initiatives, revolutionizing the way talent is identified, engaged, and hired. This enables faster, more efficient, and data-driven recruitment processes that meet the demands of today’s dynamic workforce landscape.
