Servicio Filipino Inc. (SFI) proudly announces the successful Go Live of its workforce deployment partnership with a leading liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) supplier in the Philippines, marking an important milestone in delivering quality technical services and expanding integrated facilities management solutions.

On April 1, 2025, SFI officially deployed 154 skilled Technical Services personnel to support plant operations. The Go Live activities included the distribution of company uniforms and essential personal protective equipment (PPE) as part of a comprehensive safety orientation program. This event also featured formal introductions of the SFI teams involved, ensuring seamless integration before the official start of operations.

Three weeks after the Go Live, on April 21, 2025, both parties formalized their collaboration through a contract signing ceremony. This achievement reflects the combined efforts of SFI’s Sales, Operations, and Recruitment teams, underscoring a unified commitment to client satisfaction and operational excellence.

In an interview, Sales Officer Daniel Solmerano shared insights on the partnership’s goals and expectations. He highlighted that success would be measured by improved workforce stability compared to previous service providers.

“We consider this partnership successful if we can significantly reduce turnover rates, especially addressing challenges experienced under prior providers,” Solmerano stated.

Furthermore, Daniel expressed optimism that SFI’s role would extend beyond technical services towards a full Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) transition.

“We are hopeful that the services provided by SFI will fully transition into IFM, expanding our scope and impact,” he added.

This partnership not only creates new employment opportunities but also enables SFI to demonstrate its industry expertise and enhance its value in the supply chain.
