The deployment was led by Mr. Albert Alano, who oversaw the structured onboarding process. Activities included payroll ATM card distribution, ID issuance, and on-site coordination sessions designed to address employee concerns and align operational expectations. The initiative ensured that all deployed personnel were fully prepared to support the client’s facilities from day one.

According to Isaac Tagle, the partnership was secured through sustained client engagement and strategic relationship-building efforts.

“We won the contract through consistent engagement—planting seeds early, maintaining communication, and building strong, lasting relationships with the client,” Tagle said.
