NCR Wage Hike Takes Effect Today: SFI Fully Compliant with ₱50 Increase

Starting today, the ₱50 minimum wage increase in the National Capital Region is officially in effect. Under Wage Order No. NCR-26, the updated daily minimum wage is now:


  • ₱695 for non-agriculture workers (from ₱645)

  • ₱658 for those in agriculture, retail/service with 15 or fewer employees, and manufacturing establishments regularly employing fewer than 10 workers (from ₱608)



The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) projects that the increase will benefit around 1.2 million workers in Metro Manila.
