Skills can get you hired, but character is what makes you last. No matter how good your output is, kung palusot ka ng palusot or allergic ka sa feedback—mahihirapan kang umangat. At SFI, we believe that work ethic is rooted in attitude—your willingness to own your actions, learn from mistakes, and grow from them. The best workers aren’t perfect—they’re honest, coachable, and constantly improving. Kung ano ang ugali mo sa trabaho, kadalasan ‘yan din ang ugali mo sa buhay.
Accountability: Walang palusot, kung gusto mong umasenso.
Owning your mistake doesn’t make you weak—it makes you mature. Shifting the blame, denying the obvious, or staying silent when things go wrong damages trust faster than any technical error. At SFI, we appreciate employees who admit lapses and immediately offer solutions. Nobody’s expecting perfection—but we do expect professionalism. And professionalism starts with being honest—even when it’s uncomfortable.
Feedback isn’t an attack. It’s free training.
Constructive criticism might sting, but it’s meant to sharpen—not shame—you. If someone takes time to correct you, that person sees your potential, not just your mistake. At SFI, we value people who are willing to ask questions, apply advice, and improve—kahit paulit-ulit pa minsan. Being coachable is one of the most underrated forms of leadership. Because the best learners eventually become the best leaders.
Growth mindset: “Hindi ko pa kaya” is better than “Ayoko na.”
A good work ethic thrives on optimism and self-improvement. Instead of saying “di ko ‘yan alam,” try asking, “paano ba ‘yan ginagawa?” see? There's a big difference. Growth-minded people don’t avoid hard tasks—they break them down and rise up slowly but surely. Whether it’s using new tools, talking to clients, or handling pressure, we respect those who try before they say no. At SFI, learning doesn’t stop after training—it becomes part of the culture.
Kung bukas ka sa feedback at hindi takot mag-improve, ikaw ang hinahanap namin
