On April 21, 2025, Servicio Filipino Inc. (SFI) marked a significant milestone with the successful Go Live of its latest engagement in the manufacturing sector. The partnership involves providing workforce and housekeeping solutions across three strategic locations—Silang, Cavite; Calaca, Batangas; and the client’s Head Office in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig.
This multi-site deployment highlights SFI’s capability to respond swiftly and effectively to operational needs in both industrial and corporate environments. The initial rollout included 12 deployed employees assigned to the Batangas and Cavite plants, supporting housekeeping operations. A total of 27 personnel are expected to be deployed across all sites, which will soon include white-collar roles such as HR Generalist and Purchasing Assistant at the head office.
Operational Readiness Across Multiple Sites
The Go Live activities were a collaborative effort among SFI’s Sales, Operations, Recruitment, and Purchasing teams, ensuring a seamless transition into full operations. Key activities on launch day included:
Orientation with plant managers and designated client representatives
Formal introduction of deployed employees to on-site personnel
Delivery and turnover of cleaning equipment, supplies, and consumables
Facility walkthroughs and alignment of expectations
Motivational sessions to encourage productivity and quality service from newly assigned staff
Addressing Workforce Gaps Through Strategic Partnership
The client had previously faced persistent challenges in staffing availability due to gaps in service from a former supplier. SFI was brought in to provide consistent staffing solutions across all locations.
In an interview, Ms. Jona Horca, Sales Officer, shared:
“The client struggled with filling key roles across their sites. Our ability to provide qualified personnel without delay made the difference. It was a clear opportunity to demonstrate SFI’s responsiveness and reliability.”

Elevating SFI’s Reputation Through Service Excellence
The deployment has already yielded results. Within the first week, the client offered commendations for the noticeable improvement in workplace cleanliness and order—an encouraging sign of trust and satisfaction.
“This project enhances SFI’s image,” Ms. Horca added. “They’ve seen the difference from day one. It affirms our commitment to quality and strengthens our reputation in the manufacturing sector.”
Future Plans: Expansion and Skilled Workforce Integration
SFI is poised to expand its service offerings to include skilled roles such as mechanics and other technical support functions, further enhancing the client’s operational capacity.
When asked why SFI was chosen for this engagement, Ms. Horca remarked:
“Our competency and expertise were clear from the start. We have deployed personnel with no reported issues, and that speaks volumes about our standards and systems.”
This Go Live signifies a successful deployment and the beginning of a deeper partnership anchored in trust, efficiency, and shared growth.
