LEAD Program: Building Stronger Leaders, One Batch at a Time

Launched on August 20, 2025, the Leadership Excellence for Advanced Development (LEAD) Program remains an active and evolving leadership initiative designed to equip SFI leaders with the skills, mindset, and values needed to lead with purpose and impact. Conducted weekly every Wednesday & Thursday, the program has already completed Batches 1 to 3, with Batch 4 currently ongoing—a clear testament to SFI’s long-term commitment to leadership development.

Facilitated by SFI’s CEO & President, Mr. Luis Alberto Anastacio, the program brings together department heads and key leaders for an immersive journey focused on personal growth, strategic thinking, and people-centered leadership.

A Journey, Not Just a Training

What sets the LEAD Program apart is its hands-on, experience-driven approach. Across multiple batches, participants engage in practical exercises that strengthen decision-making, enhance team collaboration, and sharpen strategic direction. To mark this journey, every participant receives a specially curated training kit—serving as a reminder that leadership development goes beyond the classroom. It is a continuous process rooted in collaboration, reflection, and real-world application.
