Igniting Potential: Transforming Leaders Through LEAD

The future of any organization lies in the strength of its leaders, and Servicio Filipino Inc. is investing in precisely that. With this in mind, SFI proudly launched the Leadership Excellence for Advanced Development (LEAD) Program last August 20, 2025, at the Zorra Conference Room. The training takes place every Wednesday. 

Facilitated by our very own CEO & President, Mr. Luis Alberto Anastacio, the program gathered immediate department heads for an intensive journey of growth and development. More than just a training session, the LEAD Program's purpose is to ignite potential, sharpen skills, and empower leaders to step forward with confidence and make a meaningful impact. 

A Journey, Not Just a Training

What sets this program apart is its hands-on approach. Participants dove into practical exercises that honed decision-making skills, strengthened team dynamics, and laid the foundations for a clear strategic vision. These interactive sessions were not only practiced to teach, but also to transform the way our leaders engage with their teams and roles.

To symbolize this unique journey, each trainee received a special training kit. This creative-kit emphasized that the program is more than just a classroom, it’s a journey toward lifelong collaboration and impactful leadership.
