As Servicio Filipino Inc. marks its 65th year, we recognize the women whose long years of service have helped sustain operational stability and uphold standards across generations.
35 Years of Service — Mrs. Lorna Binuya & Mrs. Gina Nicodemus
With 35 years at SFI, Mrs. Lorna has witnessed the organization’s evolution from manual systems to more structured, digitized processes. Beginning her career in the Billing Department, she became known for her precision, reliability, and steady work ethic.
Reflecting on her journey, she shared during the SFI Service Awards 2025 :
“I chose to stay because this is where I found purpose and support — not just a job, but a family that trusted me and valued what I brought to the team.”
Her consistency over three and a half decades speaks to the kind of institutional strength that supports long-term client confidence.
Also marking 35 years of service is Mrs. Gina Nicodemus, HRAD- Supervisor II / Building Admin Facilities, whose leadership in site operations reflects discipline and hands-on expertise developed over decades.
From overseeing daily building administration requirements to ensuring compliance and coordination across teams, Ms. Gina’s role directly contributes to operational continuity on the ground. Her tenure demonstrates how experience, when sustained over time, strengthens service reliability and reinforces SFI’s reputation for dependable management.
30 Years of Commitment — Mrs. Analisa Navarro
For 30 years, Mrs. Analisa has served in Payroll & Billing with quiet dedication and discipline. Through changing systems and expanding operations, she has maintained the same commitment to accuracy and responsibility.
During the 2025 Service Awards, she expressed:
“The Anastacio family has treated me as part of their own. For 30 years, I have chosen to stay at SFI because of my love for my work and my strong commitment to the company.”
Her words reflect a culture rooted in loyalty and mutual respect — values that continue to define SFI.
More than 30 Years of Growth — Mrs. Tess General & Ms. Angie Cruz
Another remarkable example of long-term dedication is Ms. Tess General, Payroll & Billing Assistant Manager whose journey spans over three decades. From her early days at SFI to her current leadership role, Ms. Tess represents professional growth nurtured within the organization.
Her career progression highlights an important reality: SFI is not just a workplace, but a place where individuals can develop, take on greater responsibilities, and contribute at higher levels over time.
For more than three decades, Ms. Angie Cruz, Executive Assistant to the Chairman and Corporate Secretary, has served as a trusted steward within the organization.
As the long-time secretary of EAA, her role has required discretion, organizational discipline, and close coordination at the leadership level. Supporting executive functions over decades demands consistency, confidentiality, and unwavering attention to detail — qualities that have defined her tenure.
Her service reflects not only loyalty, but institutional memory at the highest levels of the organization.
